COGE bug :(

hi from spain!! i love this program is cool and free,was working fine for me until for one week..i try to open it after install GL tools for quartz and the app doesnt run..when will start appear the logotipe( coge camera) and a grey preview..and after nothing happens :( ,i try to reinstall it but without luck..i hope that somebody can help me .thanks!!!

can you post a crash log? console dump? we don't develop coge, so we can't help, but if it's our bug we can address it.

Hi,

i'm the developer of CoGe. A crash log and console dump would be helpfull. I haven't tested CoGe with GLTools yet, but i'll take a look as soon as possible.

Anyway, for CoGe related question please use the official forum: http://coge.lovqc.hu/forum

edit: CoGe+GLTools 1.4 works great for me on 10.6.2

Looks like something wrong happening on app start... Please post console messages!

The easiest way: - Start Console.app - Start CoGe - Copy and send me (tamas.lov.nagy at gmail.com) all CoGe related messages (messages 'CoGe' string on the line start, after the current time)

hummmmmmm....coge crash with kineme pluguins, i quit kineme.pluguin for quartz composer patches folder and run again but crash in few minutes..i hope that will be helpfull

Quartz Composer working for you? Try remove installed QC plugin (mosty ImageWithCompositionPatch.plugin, which is a 10.4 only as far i know), and send me some more log lines from console - but please, via e-mail ;)

RolandDLSS is an official-api plugin (afaik), so it goes in Plugins, not Patches.

Try removing most of your plugins -- I think you've got a bunch of 10.4 stuff in there, which crashes on 10.5 and later.

hey .lov now work perfect..only crash when i close the app..but i dont care dont worry,thanks for the support NICE SOFTWARE!! jjejeje

Cool! The crash when quiting app is a known issue on 10.5 - i'll fix it in the next release.
