Try a currency-converter?
http://www.xe.com
shows $28 as €19.97 today.
You should be able to pay by credit card in US dollars without a problem, and since there's no physical product, you'll be up-and-running as soon as Kineme email you the serial number (I got mine pretty-much instantly).
I don't have a credit card so I was planning on paying via PayPal, but was unsure whether I'll have the option to pay in US Dollars in the Eurozone with PayPal.
If I can only pay in Euros, would then 20€ suffice? (Going by the current exchange rate.)
plus whatever applicable fees -- I believe you can specify a USD amount, and it'll do the conversion (exchangerate + paypal overhead) for you automatically.

Oh, I see. PayPal is fine with payment in Dollars. Not sure what exchange-rate you'll get (they'll probably take a cut), but it's quick and easy.

Just did my first PayPal purchase with Kineme 3D!
Was nice and fast, the exchange rate for my Euros was fair and the serial number arrived 5s later!! ;-)
Looking forward to using Kineme3D.
Thanks!
