missing/invisible patch creator window! arrrg!

grapejuice's picture

Hi all,

Was resizing the patch creator window and it disappeared from view. I cannot make it reappear with neither the button on the editor window or with the 'show patch creator' command in edit window or the quick key. I have even re-installed the XCode tools from the Leopard disc and the problem persists. Any guesses how to fix it?

R

This has been resolved -- needed to nuke the plist

Yeah, I just hit a reply on this and didn't copy the list by mistake...

It's probably worth openly noting somewhere that the enableplugins.plugin is old and may not run well/do weird stuff.

The equivalent would be to use the kinemecore.plugin, or unhide your patches via command line.

This fella's problem got solved on the QC mailing list...

It was solved by:

So, close QC, delete the file, then restart. Hopefully that will work for you as well.
