Kineme Core in Snow?

Hey, quick question: Is Core supposed to work in QC4 / Snow Leopard?

I've tried sticking the 0.4 version of KinemeCore.plugin inside Library/Graphics/Quartz Composer Plug-Ins/, then starting QC.

I expected to see the K menu in the top bar, but no dice.

What am I missing?

You'll basically want to use Patches, instead of Plug-Ins. It's an unofficial-api patch.
