Just wondering, it would be useful to have some TIFF sequence export with Alpha in QuartzCrystal. BTW, amazing useful tool!
It does export with alpha (with image sequences that support alpha, like tiff and png). Make sure the composition isn't clearing with an opaque color.
He's a sequence with motion blur (and an upcoming GLTools patch)
