Speech Synthesis Patch

This patch uses OS X's speech synthesis engine to generate speech. Speaking is started on a rising edge of Trigger, and continues until the text is exhausted.

The number of words spoken is available for output, and the phoneme currently being spoken is also available for output.

You can also escape the input string to enter raw phonemes and other control codes. More information on this can be found at http://developer.apple.com/documentation/mac/Sound/Sound-201.html
