Kineme's New Patch Road Map Hi there, First, i would like to thank you all ! (i'm singing "Developpers !, Developpers..." as an horrible Steve Balmer !) I... LOVE... THIS... COMPAGNY... euh ?! @##!!! Sorry, I love this: "community" ;) Well, now, as i'm totaly addict to QC, i would like to know if you could add a new Forum or Site category, that speak about your plans, project, active/actual development... A kind of Short projected Road map. As you could imagine: we are all working on "Very Secret Stuffs" and "Very Great Tricks" that are often the same Genius's Idea... It's not really a personnal research, it's a movement, and if we don't follow the crowd, we are working in the same imaginary domain... Nobody think about "Multitouch" with Kineme's OpenCV Patch ? Nobody think about "New interface" with Kineme's 3D and File Tools ? What about interactive Art, and other IA, Computer Vision Stuffs... ? right now, we're probably working most on making kineme profitable enough to help us weather the current economic climate without becoming homeless.

We don't really roadmap very exhaustively because new ideas get brought up all the time, and those change our plans. Also, Apple adds new stuff to QC, and that changes our plans (you should have seen us panicking when we got our hands on the Leopard developer seed last year :). And also because we have for-profit projects that come up a lot that demand our time, and change our focus a bit in unexpected ways.
