exporting movies

Hi!

I've been looking around for a program, or an easy way of exporting compositions made with the GL Pro Glitch / Bangnoise plugin but haven't found one.

I'll attach a screen shot of the composition so maybe if I place a plugin before the sprite it can export normally.

An easy way would be better cuz after hours of programing and multitasking I wouldn't want to mess up the composition or have to wait to get to the next step on the project, which would be applying music in this case in Ableton.
