For quite a while now I have been wanting to implement some sonification of financial data ideas. Finally the right technologies and data has made it possible. This is more of a proof of concept. Anyway, some of the emerging datascape sound is quite nice!

LOL, when I first beheld the topic title I really did think it was yet another clumsy spam, but instead we get some great data audiolisations. Nice :-)

You not using QC to generate waveforms are you? If so how?

The audio waveform is created within Kyma ( www.symbolicsound.com ) using financial data filtered/parsed using QC. I'm wondering about doing a whole basket of NASDAQ instruments ;-)
