Super Cool Quartz Composer Qtz'shttp://twitpic.com/photos/noboko?page=6 I happened to be checking out noboko's posts on twitpic; he makes a lot of cool qtz's, and I happened to notice that there were a lot of links for really great qtz examples interspersed with the pics. Just giving a head's up.

Good head's up, always a good idea to spread the links. Interestingly enough I found that the samples posted automatically opened in QC 32 bit, but actually functioned correctly only in QC 64 bit [on Lion]. Not sure of the significance of that, if any, BTW. :-)
I'm using sl 32 bit... Not sure about what you're seeing in your end, but it may not be a 32 bit thing. Don't know! :-)
nice posting! love this function-based stuff! [Working on SL 32bit here too, but wondering why the performance is so bad, e.g. the shuffle.qtz example is barely 5 FPS.]
I made structure by Iterator&Queue Patch.
But Queue patch push values every frame.
Here is "Cut and Sample&Hold "approach http://twitpic.com/6pvg2t
This is super cool!
Question about the random patch in the shuffle iterator group: how could the random lookup table be regenerated to create a random "shuffle" @ 5 secs?
In Iterator,"connect upstream patch" means send value next iteration.
And "published output from Iterator" is only last Iteration's value.
Every Iteration, cut random index, push the same index and send generated indices to next Iteration.
this repeate generate shuffle structure.
…Hard to explain
I'll think about that. Thank you.
