Hi, All! Did anybody try to integrate SONY MOVE motion controller into QC (like it was done for kinect) with an access to its accelerometer and terrestrial field sensor?
I tryied, but it doesn't work. Apparently it uses a special HID descriptor, so right now you're no good with it, unless someone writes a special bluetooth driver for it.
It does work on PC using GlovePie, as Carl Kenner managed to get it running.
magnetic sensors, accelerometers -> any sensor box (make controller, phidgets, arduino ...)
or pay someone to make you a PS3Move driver.
Or use a PC with GlovePie, send the data to your mac via OSC.
(as far as I remember, it should work with Parallels)
I believe the nunchuck doesn't have a magnetometer.
The Move has one, to compensate errors due to magnetic devices in the room. And Sony representatives say it can make coffee as well.
EDIT: I just found this : http://www.intersense.com/pages/18/60/
small, there's .dylib for the Mac, but it has no magnetometer nor does it make any coffee. Seems pretty pro tho'
Hi, Bernardo! This would be an offtopic but I've read you had a deal with an structure export to xml or plist file. I have a problem with kineme STRUCTURE TO FILE. It doesn't save a whole structure - only members of it. Cannot understand what's going wrong...

I'm interested in sending to QC an azimuthal data of terrestrial magnetic field. Maybe somebody had a deal with such task?

try the wii Nunchuck 29euros
crap! forgot about arduino - that grat litlt blue magic thingy
