Video Input patch

Does the Video Input patch default to a Mac's Camera if one is available?

I don't have an iSight so I'd like somebody to test this patch test comp and assure me it is using the iSight/Facetime camera — if somebody can be bothered that would be cool.

With no camera the settings are greyed out on Default I guess that's good to go(?!) but want to send a comp to someone and not look like an ass.

Re: Video Input patch

this loads my iSight up on start. i don't have any other cams connected right now so my system only has one to open but i'm pretty sure the default would be iSight or if there is no isight the first cam in list.

Re: Video Input patch

thats actually unity3d not qc. although i will be porting some of things to qc. im making a virtual midi control studio program for thing for the ipad. might go with osc for now as i still have some devices to check midi endpoints.

i guess the idea is a 3d multi-touch gui builder. you add 3d models of faders sliders, keyboards, xy pads, buttons, turntables etc.. to a scene then connect the outputs to midi or osc node and set the name space to send the data to computer to control something.

yeah most certainly can test some things for you. my email is dustin.oconnor@gmail.com i wouldn't rely on getting me by email though. the qc dev list fills up my box and i miss mails a bunch. skype is better way to get me.
