QC_Apple Remote_and Itunes A puzzler for me, what's the trick gang? I have a patch with a few controls mapped to be triggered by the apple remote. the big Play button always wakes up/launches Itunes... How do I turn this "feature" off? There is a prefs pane in Itunes that speaks of devices and such, but Apple remote is not there, and the help file refers to several pages and/or menu items in Itunes that no longer seem to exist... ahhh for a Aplle remote Prefs pane in system prefs.. bumfuzzled in bufu.... jd |
click the remote patch. Press cmd-2. Check the Exclusive Access check box. win.
[P.S. the metal Apple Remote has some problems in QC3 and QC4 - a couple buttons don't work. That's a known issue, no bug report necessary]
