here is an example of the mouse ribbon going full screen when you press the space bar. also is a shot of the settings in the qb... i have a modified qcfullscreen app laying around somewhere with a parameters if you need this to work in an application context.
Hi Dust I downloaded you file and dropped it into Quartz builder and it does not work fullscreen, which confirms that I have an issue. I will download quartz builder again and see if that works, if not does anyone have any ideas. Cheers Steve
Some thoughts-
-On Dust's example, you may (or may not) need to go into "Advanced Settings" and make sure that there is a pixel w/h like 512x384 (this should likely just happen automatically), since the idea of his example is that you push the space bar to go between a small size screen and fullscreen. If you don't press space bar, it won't go Fullscreen. It's also transparent, so that might make it hard to notice (?)
-You may want to try choosing "no menu bar" in Advanced Settings, if that is what you mean by it not quite going Fullscreen.
-What exactly does happen? Does it open up at an arbitrary w/h, or whatever your composition was actually being viewed at?
-Do you have the latest build of Quartz Builder, and the latest template? (I don't think that should make a difference, but you never know...).
-What build of OS X is this?
Hi guys When I run this as an app as build by Quartz Builder nothing happens. I launch the app click inside the application window press space bar and noting happens. I have had this working before and used a key input and toggle patch to toggle between a windowed version and fullscreen but it seems to have stopped working, I will have a go on getting this to work on my MacPro and see if it is something to do with my system. Cheers Steve
I can confirm that using the settings posted up by dust and the file he's posted, I do get a space bar activated toggle between full and 640*480 borderless screen render.
Right then it would seem it is a problem with my machine I will look into this and see if I can get it working, thanks for all the help. Cheers Steve
