Plugin issues for two user accounts on same Mac

FIrst issue is that I have KinemeCore installed on root library… /Library/Graphics/Quartz Composer Patches/ but it only is presenting in the user I migrated to this Mac. I tried putting a copy of KinemeCore.plugin in the second user patches folder 2nd-user-home-folder/Library/Graphics/Q…Patches but that didn't work…

Second issue both have identical plugins (web-socket) and patches (see image) and yet Kineme Networking Tools only works in the First User Account. The patches do appear but I don't get the Firewall asking me for permission when I open a composition containing a Query or Server patch in the first user. Networking demo comps run fine in the second user.

Any suggestions, it's a pain not being able to do all my QC work in either user…
