I need to send my composition (with transparent alpha) output to another computer to mix it. There was a way over QuartzComposerLiveDV and VirtualDV, but the first one is no longer Lion compatible. Any clues how to implement this functionality?

So ensure you are running 32 bit only. This has not been tested in 10.7 yet.
