screen coordinates for a 3d point

I'm working on a kinect bunny cage, but I'm stuck on rendering the output in the right perspective.

Thanks to 1024's perspective patch the answer is close, but this patch needs screen coordinates (2d) and my bunny cage is 3d, with the corners moving in 3d. (see attachment)

Does anyone know a way of retrieving the corner coordinates, marked in white in the attachment, in 2d?
