Retrieving License Keys

How do I retrieve license keys for my order?

You will be e-mailed your license keys for each product that you purchase from the kineme store. If by any chance this was caught in an e-mail filter or if you lost your license information you can retrieve your license keys for any product by visiting your My Account page:

If license key information is missing from your order page there may be an issue on our end. Do not hesitate to e-mail the info@kineme.net so that we can correct any issue as soon as possible. Please include the e-mail address, kineme.net user name, and order number for verification.
