Refund Policy

Software licenses are nonrefundable --- however our products are functional when unregistered, so you know what you're getting yourself into.

For merchandise, within the first 7 days after receipt, if you are dissatisfied, you can ship the item back to kineme at your expense, and we will refund the item price less the shipping cost. After 7 days merchandise is nonrefundable.

Shipping Policy

Merchandise will be shipped via the US Postal Service within two business days of payment. You pay for shipping at the time of sale.

Shipping applies only to physical objects (such as T-Shirts) --- software licenses are delivered via email.
