Hi,
i think it is a Tiger only version. Will you do a Leopard version of this plugin? I think this plugin with "string with file" or xml downloader will be good for "load/save presets" function in qc appz.
Regards,
.lov.
Yep, I'll add it to the next File Tools beta. Hopefully out in a few days.
Thanks a lot for the fast reply, i will wainting for this!
it's not released yet (probably tomorrow sometime), but I've also been considering making a Structure To File and Structure From File patch as well. It probably wouldn't handle images or colors inside structures yet, but perhaps this would allow for slightly more compact load/save presets. Let me know what you think (It probably won't be added before the next beta, but it's an idea to kick around)
The "structure to file" and "structure from file" plugins sounds interesting, i think it will be very helpful. I work on a new qc vj tool ( http://www.lovqc.hu/CoGe/CoGe1.0beta.zip ), i hope i can use this patches to load/save folder names, sequencer presets, etc.
I like the screenshots :) I wish I had talent to use all these cool apps :)
[added bonus: you'll get Structure To/From File tomorrow morning :) but for now, I'm getting some sleep...]
Thank you very much!
Where can i find the beta file tools?
Edit your user account and check the box that says "I would like to beta test new and updated patches." You should then see a "Beta Releases" link at the very top of the navigation sidebar.
This is extremely cool!
But I know I am missing something... I can load movie, image, etc to the image, and two movie channels.
But I don't see anything on the "black box" display that looks like where the movie preview should go?
What do I need to do to get that working?
