Structured PublicPatchReference Content

I just restructured the http://kineme.net/wiki/PublicPatchReference --- rather than just being unstructured wiki pages with a single big text field, patch reference pages now have individual fields for metadata.

This allows the data to be entered and displayed more consistently, and allows us to generate fancy tables like the one at the top of http://kineme.net/wiki/PublicPatchReference. And (eventually) to do structured searches (i.e., "List all Consumer Patches that First Appeared in Leopard").

Let me know what you think. It's, of course, a work-in-progress --- we can refine the list of fields as necessary.
