I am trying to achieve Merge Path effect as it is shown in the picture below. So basically if two white cubes will move in the opposite direction and when they are in front of each other they will get black colour. Is there any plugin that will make it easier to achieve this, or how can I achieve without plugins

I am quite new in QC therefore sorry if my question is to easy (or stupid). I have just download _1024_ParticleWarfare 1.2.1 by @franz but I am not being able to show any of my particles even though I am playing in patch inspector, moreover even examples that I found from other people in forum where not showing anything. I am putting the plugins in and patches in Users/name/Library/Graphics/Quartz Composer Plug-Ins and Users/name/Library/Graphics/Quartz Composer Patches. So I was thinking if anyone can have any idea what is happening or if anyone can send me any example to test it.

Hi all, I'm trying to connect arduino to QC . I followed this tutorial http://www.codingcolor.com/microcontrollers/quartz-composer-and-arduino/ but the plugin Kineme SerialIO dosn't work on my mac (10.8.5) .

Anyone know if there is a new version of this plugin???

It would be great if you could compile the CVTools and other QC plugins with support for garbage collection.

This will enable the use in 64bit Mac environments, which require GC (example screen savers).

I have small help request - maybe somebody still have MandelbrotQC.plugin somewhere hidden in harddrive. Link what is up in Kineme third-party paches is down and the guys who made this are not answering too. Im looking way to implement Mandelbrot fractal in some compositions.
