3D model UV map

Hi everyone!! I'm working on a comp that uses a live camera as texture for certain polygonal areas within a given 3D object. the problem is that I want to use this in a planar way, so when creating the model in C4D I create several polygon selections in Flat projection to properly apply my textures in QC. the problem is that QC seems to apply in UVmapping no matter what. I'm using .DAE object, should I use a different format or is this something I can fix with any patch? Thanks!!

One more thing, I want to use V002.Camera Live as a syphon input for using my Canon7D as source for a live painted texture. How can I find out what's the server name of this app to be able to use it within QC? Greets
