Net-Lynx O/P with ArtDmx Sender 'blinking'?Hi, I wonder if anybody can help me? I'm using the ArtDmx Sender to output DMX to RGB LED lights via an Artistic Licence Net-Lynx O/P and I've had success using the 2.0.0.0/8 IP subnet to send DMX values from a basic patch. Unfortunately the DMX sent to the light 'blinks' to a different set of values every 3-4 seconds causing the light to change colour for a few tenths of a second before returning to the correct values. This even happens when the ArtDmx Sender is set to blackout. Has anybody else experienced or solved this problem? Could using the 10.0.0.0/8 IP subnet instead possibly solve this?

Turn off "Send Short Frames". This has been known to trigger issues with some hardware.
Oh dear - "Send Short Frames" was already switched off. Is there anything else I should try?
Is there anybody using the same hardware sucessfully? Could you let me know which network settings you're using?
Oh, I almost forgot --- which version are you using?
We released a beta --- http://kineme.net/release/ArtNetTools/1.3beta20091105 --- in which a protocol error has been solved, which might help in your situation. (Lacking feedback on it we haven't made this version public yet.)
Thanks Smokris,
After trying lots of different things I'm pretty sure this is down to the hardware as I've noticed that the Net-Lynx continues to blink when disconnected from the computer. If I find a solution I'll come back to post it for the benefit of others...
Solution -
I spoke with Artistic Licence about this and was told that this problem was because my lighting fixtures were not fully up-to-date on their DMX standard compliance - they were receiving RDM messages and interpreting them as DMX.
There's a setting on the Net-Lynx which disables RDM but it's difficult to access so I've simply moved the DMX start address of the lights away from the affected addresses. Fine for now - I'm only connecting four lights...
