Flicker overlays - macbook hardware/software problem ? can you help

I cannot directly reproduce this problem upon my iMac. This seems to point towards this being a specific hardware issue, although I wonder about the little ticks on each picture possibly relating to some other software related user interface enhancement issue. I don't have little check in ticks on my works. Is this a CS suite facility being graphically verified at the UI level?

well I can't seem to understand your question but the green ticks are from Dropbox folder, but this happens on an unregular basis. wich is even weirder...

I meant that this might have been some user interface feature from a program like Creative Suite by Adobe, but obviously not, it is to do with your Dropbox folder and probably has nothing to do with your reported problem, I think that it is a problem specific to your bit of kit, I'm sorry to say.

That said, I think it'll be better to leave this to Macbook users to report back to you. Have you tried searching the Mac Developer or Mac User forums for anyone reporting the same issue?

hey cybero, found the problem. its the dropbox icons that are producing the artifacts... oh well.... allready posted on their forums.... thanks for the help.

Ah, their .icns being a little too broad of girth perhaps.
