This is a simple tutorial on how to turn an object into a traced, outlined, polygonal, or whatever you would like to call it - shape.
It uses the Kineme Gl Polygon Mode patch, and any stock object.
Enjoy!

Hi there,
Im very much a new user to QC and first off thank you for the tutorial.
I've followed the tutorial about 3 times now, but I'm having a problem with it. My results are the same as yours, but with one difference.
When i add polygon mode to the comp, my cube has an extra diagonal line from corner to corner on every face. How can i get rid of this line.
Thank you
Re-model the cube you have already to remove the extra division or use the built-in cube.
Thanks for the reply. I have tried both ways. Using the built in cube and making a cube in cinema 4d produce the same results. It's very confusing.
I hear you, I've recently ran into the same problem and I am not sure why either.
I was thinking it was some version difference but you posted back a few ago so I am sure it was happening back then too. Hmmmm....
