Works fine for me under 10.9.....and I think kineme have been very clear about not supporting QC things into the future so even if it was broken I don't see why they would have the responsibility to update it.
@andy19870827, what problem are you experiencing with QuartzBuilder? If it's crashing, could you describe the steps that lead to the crash, and attach the crash report?
(As @jrs mentioned, there are many people who are successfully using QuartzBuilder on Mac OS 10.9.)
