Strange behavior lightning patch cast shadow with a blender mesh.dae

hello, I recently start working with QC 4.6 i.c.w. Blender 2.7.4. When I import the .dae file and use the lighting patch, cast shadow. It doesn't work any more. In my test file I created a QC cube and a blender default cube. When I tun on the cast shadow in lightning, the QC cube and groundfloor turn white. When enable I disable the mesh the shadow appears.

Is this a know problem and is there fix?
