Quartz Crystal black movie output Hi. I just got Quartz Crystal to save a movie from a Composition. I can see my composition playing on preview even i can affect it with the keyboard inputs, but when I hit RENDER i only get a black movie for the desired length of time or white pictures for image sequence. I attached a Still of my settings. The composition is playing three billboards each connected to a movie player. Any Ideas? Thks imagenero

Does QuartzCrystal generate any Console messages?
Could you attach (or email to info@kineme.net) the composition?
What hardware and OS version are you using?
Are your movie loaders set to Asynchronous (I don't think this matters either way, but it might be important?)?
Don't use the Animation codec -- try h.264.
Do other compositions work for you?
(and what smokris said -- please email the relevant compositions for testing).
I will send the comp, for now I can tell you I have OS 10.5.8 QC3. TheI am using the V_002 plugin for running the movies. I have tried QCrystal with the example compositions and it works ok.
A slight aside; with the stock movie loader, when putting the patch in asynch you can achieve the hilarious "Benny Hill Show" sped up video effect.
Have you checked if you have a clear patch in place, imaginero?
My v002 movie players always run in the equivalent of Async mode, so you may have an issue there when using Quartz Crystal, I've never actually tested the two together.
