Urgently need an IR spray can based Graffiti comp

Requirements: 1. Multiple colors 2. Spray brush 3. Pencil brush 4. Pattern brush (10 patterns) 5. Stencil 6. Eraser 7. Undo 8. Save Image 9. Integration with IR spray can (Hardware to comp) 10. Specifications of IR can 11. Sensors etc

Interested ones let me know what can be done? Time, Cost, Equipment etc
