Kineme's Serial Output patch

Hi, where can i find this patch? I've read some people ahve been able to run an ENTTEC USB dongle off it. I'd be very keen to try this.

The Serial IO patches are only available as beta versions. You have edit an option in your account to be able to see the beta releases. http://kineme.net/beta
