Hi,

I had the pleasure of making visuals for Rovaniemi Theatre. The second half of "Hope's Operetta" is a visual concert and the theatre is willing to share the code under CC license. Now that's neat!

In a nutshell the project uses Kinect, RSS feeds, web image downloader, simple audio reactivity and some other features that might be interesting to someone. Few plugins from Vade, George Toledo and Kineme are used as well.

Massive thanks to Kineme and QC community again for making learning possible.

an electronic track, again utilising Kineme but using the vade rutta extra plugin as a particle system (PayPal donation paid! ;-) ...

Here the audio was analysed first (e.g. energy at 121 Hz; brightness) using Kyma to produce midi control data, which was then mapped onto various parameters such as extrusion amount, particle size etc. (This could also have been done in real-time, but my G5 is not really up to the demands I'm making on it).
