Either - export the exif data as an XML file - using http://www.sno.phy.queensu.ca/~phil/exiftool/ the XML can then be read in using the XML Importer, or write a plugin to do the same.
If you have Photoshop, you could use that to export the data as XML too.
No stock patch covers this base at present so far as I know, at least haven't found such an example in QC's Patch Library.
