I'm developing a composition where I need to fade video in and out. I know how to do it visually (using Movie Importer > Fade > Billboard), but it doesn't affect audio.
How to change the volume of the movie?
Vade has a video player plugin that allows you to adjust volume.

I've attached the builds that have come with each version as you can only get beta1 and beta 4 from the website and each has some pros/cons
beta 1 - 10.5 compatability
beta 2 - crashes every now and then but doesn't produce errors in the editor
beta 3 - runs the best but whenever you stop the viewer window or quit the editor you get an error
beta 4 - has the most features but has the worst performance
FYI - I find beta 3 the best to use
Thank you, I'll try the betas! Stability is an issue – it needs to run non-stop for at at least 30 days.
