A friend and I recently threw a Flash Rave in a effort to raise money for Japan. All went well and it was successful in every way.

That being said, I made myself a 16 pad visual mixer with Tryplex's toolkit. You use one hand to choose the visual and the other can "bounce" to the music. This way there is no timing, sliders, or controls to muck with. All you have to do is select/switch between the visuals and jam to the music with the other hand and the visuals will follow suit!

I would like to say thanks to Tryplex for all the great work (http://code.google.com/p/tryplex/)

And also to Gtoledo and Zugakousaku for some of their compositions which I have learned from greatly in the past while!

Thank you very much for sharing. So this requires GL Tools for sure. I'm still getting some errors about a MetaBallsPlugIn. Google points to this site: http://1024d.wordpress.com/2011/02/25/_1024_metaballs-qcplugin/ But I can't find the download link for it.

Also getting these errors that don't reference MetaBalls:

It should be in the first window in the download box. 1024 has some really great stuff, make sure to check em out

If you end up having trouble with some of the patches, I would suggest trying a composition you have made and publish a z translation all the way to the top then try it from there

I tested this right before, so it should be square there. However, I had a feeling some of the patches might not translate over to different machines. Give that a try and let me know

Ah, excuse me, I didn't notice his little flash widget downloader on the right. GL-Tools & 1024_MetaBalls did the trick.
